  • Do I need to be at home during my appointment?

    No, when you set up services please provide us with a door code, garage code, or lockbox code that way we can seamlessly access your home and lock it back up when we're finished.

  • How much does house or apartment cleaning cost?

    The cost of house or apartment cleaning can vary depending the size of your home, the type of cleaning service you require, how often you require cleaning, and the overall time that it will take our team to complete the cleaning. We offer free online estimates and instant booking. Also, feel free to call/text with us during business hours. We're happy to answer any questions you have.

  • How much does commercial cleaning cost?

    The cost of commercial cleaning can vary depending the size of your property, the type of cleaning service you require, how often you require cleaning, and the overall time that it will take our team to complete the cleaning. We offer free estimates. Also, feel free to call/text with us during business hours. We're happy to answer any questions you have and schedule your free estimate to go over all of your commerical cleaning needs.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards payments. We don't accept cash, checks, or other forms of payments. This is to ensure a secure and seamless transaction process for both customers and our staff.

  • Are your cleaners background checked?

    Yes, all of our cleaners are background checked before they are hired. This is to ensure the safety and security of our customers and other staff memebers.

  • Are your cleaners professionally trained?

    Yes, our teams are trained to use the best cleaning techniques when cleaning your property and are provided with continued training.

  • What happens if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

    If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for our team to return to your property and re-clean any unsatisfied areas. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible. All appointments rescheduled or canceled without at least a 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost. All appointments rescheduled or canceled same day or at the door will be charged 100% of the estimated service cost.

  • Do you always send the same team?

    Our goal is to always send the same team to your property. The only reason your normal team would not be assigned is if they are sick, on vacation or had some sort of last-minute emergency. Generally you can expect the same team each visit. In the case where your regular team cannot make it, we will reach out as soon as we know and ask if you'd like to reschedule or if you're okay with us sending another one of our teams.

  • Do you accept tips?

    Yes, tips are accepted. We reccommend tipping in cash.
